Worth R - High-Rise Condo
We started out with a two bedroom two bath unit which was originally an inexpensive apartment built in 2000. It was in very poor condition so we totally gutted it and started over. We completely removed one wall to open the unit and make a larger living space. Next we moved a couple walls to make a larger owners bath and closets. And we started completely over with the kitchen which was enclosed and open it to the living / dining area. Our condo is now modern, very useable with lots of light and we sure enjoy it!
We worked with Grant and the Renowned team and could not be happier with their service. Not only were they the general contractor but they provided lots of design ideas we would have never thought of. Also, I really like their project management software which was so helpful in keeping me informed as to 1. who was doing what 2. when it was going to happen 3. informed me of delays or issues 4. when Renowned needed their next draw and 5. it allowed me ask questions or schedule meetings. If we do ever move there is no question …. we will be using Grant again!
